The issue that I have experienced was: When I wanted to buy Blackpink concert tickets, I did not see the ticket price correctly. In indonesia if the price uses a coma (for example: **.***,**) that means fifty-thousand rupiah which is like a daily amount of how much people consume. The price tag of the ticket was Rp. **,***,*** so i immediately thought it was **-thousand rupiah, which is completely affordable. But then my dad called me and yelled at me regarding the amount because the price of supposedly ** million rupiah is insane! So I thought a refund was available especially regarding these cases which involve NOT A MINISCULE amount of money. I have made a terrible mistake by taking out ** million rupiah from my dad's bank account. Please fix this. No one deserves to deal with this kind of problem, which supposedly can be easily resolved with a refund or cancellation option. Thank you in advance, I hope you can fix this otherwise i will be taking greater measures rather than merely submitting a complaint. Nevertheless, hopefully every step that I make will help me and my family in resolving this problem.**I WANT A REFUND. REFUND. REFUND. if not possible, provide a cancellation option.
