I got no way to deliver a ticket because buyer is in my same city (Lima). Cannot use Fedex Intl.!

Send the way viagogo requests but it is not possible. ... I bought through viagogo a ticket for the world cup. I sold it through viagogo also. Now, I have to send it to the new buyer but the only way is through Fedex International Priority. The problem is that they cannot send it because the person who bought the ticket is in my same city where I am (Lima). I can give it to the buyer but, how can I show you that the ticket will be in the hands of the latest buyer?*The code I have from viagogo is *********Need to give it to him on Saturday the latest.
Is that being in the same city (Lima) Fedex Int. does not accept to send.*To track packages from local Fedex you would have to have the Peruvian app
I can take the ticket to the buyer and send photographs of his address, of him, his ID and the tickets in his hands.
I am just a customer who wants to give the tickets to the buyer
Trying through the web but got no options to solve this.
