Viagogo**May **, ******Refund Requested for Order ID: **********On March **, ****, my ** year old daughter purchased * tickets for a Yung Gravy concert at the Parish in Austin, Texas.*The tickets were overpriced at $** each (the actual price of a ticket at the Parish is $**) and on top of that you charged another $**.** for service and delivery. Once she told me, I immediately searched online and found numerous negative reviews for Viagogo, including customers alleging overpricing and receiving tickets that aren't legitimate. I told my daughter to cancel the order (which she was unable to do) and I ordered the tickets from the link on the venue site at the true price. Once I received the Viagogo tickets via FedEx, I DID NOT OPEN the envelope and took them to a FedEx store for return. The gentleman said her could not give me a receipt but that he could send them back to you, which he did. I am now requesting a refund of $***.** by cancellation of the charge to my credit card.**Thanks,**Ann Hammer
