About a week ago, I checked my fiance's credit and we were approved for a phone upgrade but needed $60, which we didn't have. He gets paid tonight, so I tried to complete the purchase with the current free activation offer. We want to buy two Motorola Edge UW phones for $[redacted] a month. However, I am having trouble selecting the store pick-up option on the website using my phone. It's also showing the phone as available but acts like it's not. I need to confirm if he still qualifies for the offer and how much upfront payment is needed. I also want to know if we can still get free activation if we pick up in-store instead of ordering online. Since we are not Verizon customers, I am trying to get the best deal possible despite technical difficulties on my phone.

On October 31, [redacted], I noticed three verification codes sent to my account without my knowledge. I promptly contacted Verizon to report the issue. The representative confirmed no unauthorized access but mistakenly thought the codes were sent in error. However, later that day, I received documents showing purchases made on my account for an iPhone 14 and accessories, resulting in an increased bill. This incident mirrors a previous unauthorized purchase in Texas. Despite numerous calls and hours invested in resolving the matter, my account remains compromised, preventing me from upgrading my service. The ongoing situation has left me reliant on my iPad as I await a resolution. I've faced challenges due to Verizon's lax security measures, raising concerns about my family's safety.

My elderly neighbor asked me to check her recent landline phone bill. I noticed numerous calls to her aid's cell phone when the aid isn't present, and additional calls to unknown numbers not made by her. These calls happened in September and October on her primary number, [redacted]. My neighbor is concerned about potential misuse of her phone line. She provided me with a copy of the November 12th bill for review.

I will be starting an international plan on December 6th. I use a Galaxy Z Flip3 5G phone and share a contract with 3 other people. I am unsure how to connect once I arrive in Mexico. Additionally, my brother's phone is the main contact for our account, so I may encounter issues receiving verification codes on my phone. I am seeking guidance on how to activate my plan successfully and how to add my name to the account for direct access.

I have been trying to reach a representative for help but have been disconnected multiple times without a callback. I've spent more than 8 hours on the phone without a resolution. Despite calling five different Verizon numbers, I can't get through as they can't accept my call. I'm feeling frustrated and really need to be contacted by someone to address my issue.

In August, I canceled my Verizon service. I contacted them to ensure all financial obligations were settled upon switching to a new service. The representative assured me there were no outstanding charges, and I would receive a final amount owed in a letter after the account closure. I verified that no letter meant no payment was needed. However, despite this, I have been billed approximately $65 monthly since then. I am unable to access my account to view the charges.

I need assistance removing a past due charge from my credit report. I returned a phone within the 30-day window, received a refund for my down payment, and yet Verizon still sent me to collections for $[redacted]. After providing information to the collections agency, they promptly closed the account and returned it to Verizon. On November 30th, Verizon reported a negative entry on my credit report for the alleged seriously past due amount of $[redacted]. I am seeking to have this removed, or I will consider legal action. I am requesting an address to send a certified letter along with supporting documents to address this matter promptly.

My name is Kimberly Sweeney, and my phone number is [redacted], but my service was interrupted. Here's my issue: I got a phone for my daughter in July [redacted]. I blocked her from registering her number on the Verizon app and online, yet she was still able to do so. After speaking with a Verizon representative, I blocked her again. However, on July 10, [redacted], she added lines and ordered phones without my consent. I canceled the phone and blocked her from making further purchases or changes. Despite my efforts, she managed to add another line and order another phone on July 13. I added extra security by setting a pin to my account, but she was still able to pick up the phone from a store without being asked for the pin. I feel Verizon is responsible for allowing unauthorized access, resulting in a high bill and service interruption. I'm uncertain how many lines or phones were added. I requested a fraud report, but I have not received an update. I have tried everything to prevent this, but Verizon's system seems to be failing in blocking her. I recently bought a 14 Pro iPhone from Verizon in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. I'm having trouble transferring data from my old phone to the new one due to password issues. For the past month, I've been facing several issues with Verizon, despite being a loyal customer for over 13 years. I own an iPhone 8, and due to fraudulent activities, thousands of dollars were taken from my bank account using my cell phone. Consequently, I've had to replace my debit cards five times since April [redacted]. I requested to switch from cell phone to home phone service with Verizon, but the transition has been unsuccessful, and I'm still without service on either line. I rely on Xfinity for internet service, thankfully. Recently, I was labeled a "Soft Risk" by Verizon due to unidentified financial concerns, despite being up to date on payments. My account has been hacked, and I have visited the store multiple times since August to address my hacked phone. It's evident my phone's data has been altered, and I believe someone has changed my zip code and personal information. Despite my attempts to resolve this issue online and with phone calls, I have not received satisfactory assistance. Due to these ongoing problems, I will be returning both the Google Ss22 and Google Pixel 6A phones. I urgently need to reset the PIN screen lock to prevent further unauthorized changes. The situation has caused me significant distress, affecting my ability to pay bills and manage appointments. I have followed advice to change my phone numbers and email, yet the issues persist. I am considering legal action against the perpetrators and seek guidance on how to proceed. I had Verizon Fios at my rented apartment. Having moved out, my landlord is charging me $[redacted] for a hole in the wall made by a Verizon technician during installation. Verizon did not explain the procedure beforehand, leading me to believe it was standard. Now, my landlord is accusing me of property damage. Can Verizon assist with guidelines or compensation?

I currently own a Verizon Orbic hotspot and have been a loyal customer of Verizon for 12 years. Last year, I transitioned from a landline to the hotspot. Unfortunately, I am now facing difficulties in accessing customer service over the phone. Despite my long-standing account history, I am being told that I do not have an account with them. The phone numbers provided only direct me to text the hotspot or to text [redacted] to determine my service status, which is not applicable for the Orbic hotspot. I attempted to update my phone number on the account last month, but I am still not being recognized by their system. I was attempting to switch off my mobile data to initiate a Wi-Fi call, however, it continuously reactivated the data. Now, I'm facing various issues with Verizon that are causing me extreme frustration. I am feeling incredibly upset and on the verge of physical illness over this situation. It's vital that this matter get resolved promptly, as it could potentially impact someone's life. I'm looking to lower my bill while keeping my service agreement. Specifically, I'm interested in downgrading my television service plan. I attempted to make this change on the Verizon website, but instead of reducing my bill, it increased. Unfortunately, the site crashed on me and I was advised to try again later. I'm 72 years old and consider myself proficient with the internet, except when it involves Verizon. I prefer not to wait on hold for half an hour to speak with a representative.

I took advantage of a Verizon promotion in April that offered a free cell phone for switching from Xfinity. However, I discovered that the plan came with many unwanted apps. As a 78-year-old relying on these phones as lifelines to reach my sister and doctors, the sudden increase in my bill, now 12 times more than before, is unaffordable. Hello, I'm Jenny. I am having trouble activating my new Orbic Joy phone with the same number but on a new SIM card. My old phone couldn't read the previous SIM card, so I purchased a new one.
