I need help unlocking my paid phone. The customer service experience I had was terrible; the representative tried to sell me other services when all I wanted was to unlock my phone. The person I spoke to was rude and eventually hung up on me. Three different representatives assured me that the phone was unlocked, but it's still not working. I believe I have the right to unlock my phone and communicate freely. It's frustrating that I'm facing obstacles with this. I will not be using Verizon in the future, and I plan to share my negative experience with others. I doubt I will receive a satisfactory response, as my overall experience with customer service has been disappointing.

I attempted to open a new account with Verizon but had to cancel due to still being under contract with T-Mobile. Verizon sent me a phone anyway, advising to refuse the delivery so it would return to their warehouse. I waited a few weeks and called back, confirmed no charges. Now, I received a bill for $90.89, unable to reach a human without a Verizon account. Please contact me at [redacted] to discuss this issue as I was assured previously that I wouldn't owe anything. After a recent hailstorm in my area with baseball-sized hail, my phone service has been sporadic. I visited a Verizon store for assistance, where a representative made some adjustments, temporarily resolving the issue. However, after merely two days, the problem reappeared. The rep mentioned ongoing service difficulties in the area between Verizon and AT&T, which was news to me as a long-time customer. I need to make changes to my second line. I tried to chat with someone a week ago, and the iPhone wasn't what I wanted when I switched. It seems like this issue has been ongoing based on your records, but it appears that no one is listening. The amount I'm paying is outrageous, especially since I'm on a fixed income. I mentioned this to the salesperson who sold me the phones. I'm afraid that Verizon is not the right fit for me now. I will be taking my service elsewhere.

My husband and I became clients of yours in December last year. We purchased new phones together under my name after trading in our old ones that were paid off. We also got insurance for the phones the same day we got Fios and Verizon phone bills. I was paying for both bills until we decided to set up automatic withdrawal and the $25 discount. Initially, Mark paid for the phones bill on automatic withdrawal, while I continued paying for the Fios bill. We called to have both of us manage the account equally but encountered difficulties with customer service. There were issues with adding Mark's name to the account and understanding the situation. When I broke my phone and went to a Verizon store for help, they claimed I didn't have insurance, which was incorrect. Despite several calls to customer service, the matter remains unresolved. I've been experiencing issues with my data for almost a week now. Despite restarting my phone several times a day and removing the sim card, nothing has improved. I even updated my phone service yesterday, but still no luck. I tried reaching out to a live chat representative who promised to call me back within 15 minutes, but that call never came. When I used the automated assistant, they directed me to call back tomorrow because I had missed the window for assistance, despite the missed call promise.

My experience returning to Verizon has been a nightmare. I've wasted countless hours dealing with lost or incorrect orders, causing me to miss work. Unnecessary trips have cost me money due to sales and service representatives improperly handling my devices. I feel taken advantage of by OTA operators focused on personal gain rather than customer care. There have been unnecessary credit report checks. I am seeking assistance beyond a $10 credit,
and hope to speak with someone who can address my concerns.

I recently visited the Verizon store in Hadley, MA, which is a corporate location. My phone is not working, and after spending a night with tech support, I was advised that if I paid my bill on 7/28/23, I could receive a replacement phone the same day. When I arrived at the store, I spoke with Mason, the manager, who informed me that I needed to wait until the 1st to order a new phone. He was condescending and implied that my issue was due to unpaid bills, despite my medical circumstances. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue at the Boston Rd Springfield store, the doors were locked at 6:45pm, and my complaint was not taken seriously. I am disappointed by the lack of consistency in customer service and the pressure to purchase insurance plans. I urge Verizon to retrain Mason and the staff on customer service and protocol to ensure a better experience for all customers.

After discussing with two supervisors, my account was supposed to be terminated without any charges. I settled my last bill by phone on the day I closed the account. Following instructions, I returned the phone to the Verizon store where I bought it. However, upon doing so, I was informed that since it had been over 30 days, they could not accept the return. My new iPhone 14 Pro Max suddenly stopped working and wouldn't respond. After visiting a store and receiving a replacement phone, my original iPhone started working again. However, I've been unable to use my personal hotspot or sync my phone with my iPad since then. I recently received a text alert from Verizon on my iPhone on Wednesday, August 9th at 3:00 pm central time at phone number #[redacted]. The message requested a password change due to two unauthorized iPad charges to my Verizon account. The caller, claiming to be from Verizon's security department, asked for personal information which I was hesitant to provide over the phone. I promptly reported this to a security agent this morning. After being put on hold for over 15 minutes, I eventually hung up feeling uncertain about the situation. The "estimated" next bill is printing some parts illegibly, making them unreadable. This issue does not occur when viewed online but only when printed from a PC. I am concerned about the clarity of the estimated bill both now and in the future. It has been challenging to reach an executive for assistance regarding this matter, despite several attempts. I require assistance with reviewing my account from [redacted]. I believe there have been overcharges and extra fees added to my bill without authorization. I spoke with Joel about this issue and was assured these charges would be removed, but they have persisted for three months. Frustrated, I turned in my phone at the Verizon store in Talisi, Alabama, and canceled my service. I am now unexpectedly in collections. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to seek legal counsel.

I received a signal booster, Samsung model SLS-BU108, from Verizon to improve the weak cell service in my house. Unfortunately, during a recent storm, it got fried along with the power surge protector it was connected to.
I have been attempting to reach Verizon for a replacement without luck, despite numerous attempts through live chat, bot chat, and tech chat.

I bought a phone and iPad from Verizon Wireless for a job that turned out to be fake. Even though I returned the items within 7 days unopened and unactivated, I never received the refund check promised. Despite sending documentation to Verizon and the debt collector, I am still being harassed for money. The debt collector's actions have hurt my credit score. Verizon redirects me to the debt collector who does not respond. I simply seek my refund and to clear my credit report from this undeserved negativity.

My prepaid phone ran out of minutes a few months ago. When I bought a Verizon prepaid $45 card with a pin, my phone was out of minutes, so I tried to refill it over Wi-Fi from the phone itself and even sent a text message to my number. However, the prepaid card never applied to my phone, and I had to use a friend's credit card to pay again in order to use my phone. I'm looking to track down where my missing $45 card ended up.
