We cancelled our entire package with Verizon in November, ****. They said that our next bill would be the final billing. The amount of that billing was $***.** paid by check number **** on November **th. According to my attached sheets, this check was not received until December **th. *Why are we receiving another bill for $***.**? We have no idea what this bill covers since the service was disconnected in November. Sincere there is no plan, where do these numbers come from?*I waited on your service line for over an hour and was unable to speak to a representative.*Please call me at ***-***-**** after *:** EST - to let me know why I am still being billed.
