When I started service with Verizon I was told Verizon never offers free phones with their service. So, I bought a pixel phone at the escalated price of almost $*** that I have been paying in monthly payments for close to * years. I was also only offered the most expensive unlimited plan, talk, text, and internet available. Now, I see Verizon offering a free Samsung phone if you switch service to Verizon. I find this very discouraging and quite frankly I am finding Verizon to be very dishonest in the way they conduct business. I am a very loyal customer when treated fairly and the company I use is honest. I was with T-Mobile for ** years before coming to Verizon. If I don't talk receive a call from customer service with some answers to my concerns, I will be cancelling my service with Verizon, you can be sure of that.*I will be waiting for someone to contact me but if I don't hear from you in a timely manner you will lose me as a loyal customer.**My name is Robert Evans and my Verizon phone number is***-***-****.**Thank you
