I went and bought a Verizon phone had it activated it worked for eight nine hours the next day I woke up and it hasn't worked since I have a business small children at home haven't been able to get it working again I've been on the phone numerous of times wasted hours at a time with Verizon customer service they was to call me back and nobody has ever called me back I do not want to be with Verizon anymore after this I have lost a lot of money through my business because of this Verizon account was my business line the only way I would continue with Verizon would be an ad online for at least a month and the rest of this month free due to all the complications I have went through this has jeopardized my business but yet no one can call me back on the number because it doesn't work no one can get it activated or give me answers that I had for them luckily that my friend was at my house I can't get through the pound **** or the *** I'm very very displeased I just need a phone so I can continue where I left off from my business going on * days now and I cannot be left at home with no phone ANYMORE ,I'm also a stay at home mother with small children
