On November *th I called in to change my autopay to a new bank account. For whatever reason, the new autopay didn't process in December, and as a result, my payment was late. Once I figured out what had happened, I called Fios to fix the autopay situation and pay my bill. Today I received my bill due in January and it's $** higher. I think this may be a result of the late payment. Since the late payment was a technical issue which I quickly resolved, and I've been a loyal customer making payments on time every other month, I'm requesting the $** discount be restored.
