I need to buy more minutes (current minutes expire *****). When I tried in my account on the website, the credit card didn't work--an "error" message. But today, my credit card's bank had several charges from Verizon Wireless. We removed those charges.**So now I'm still trying to buy those minutes. Your website says it's having technical difficulties, can't be accessed.**When I tried using phone customer service support, your automated system first of all said my Verizon Wireless phone number didn't exist.**Then when I tried making other calls from my cell phone, I kept getting messages saying wireless service was not available--I couldn't make calls.**I tried calling the New Customer phone number, and he got me into the automated system for customer support. But when it asked for my "PIN," all I had was my security code--and the line went silent, and that was the end of that call.**Can you immediately help me buy the additional *** minutes I need in order to keep my $*** of stored minutes rolling over, before *****?**Please reply to my email.
