My mother-in-law who lived in McKinney Texas had to move in with us in the metro Detroit area. *Once she arrived, we moved her to our family plan celular account.*Here iPhone * which she purchased from Verizon continues to ask for updates to the ISO as well as a number of applications.*Regrettably, my mother-in-law (who is **) does not recall her password*s, the answers to her secret questions (which she probably did not activate), and her email to which the iPhone was connected has since been deactivated as a result of the move.*In working with Apple Customer Support, I have been able to finally wipe her iPhone * clean and we are almost ready to do a factory reset of the phone (as it still continues to default to an email which does not exist).*Apple has requested a receipt or statement from Verizon indicating that she in fact is the owner of the phone. Your assistance, please, in providing the receipt of purchase. **Here are details I can provide to you:**Phone purchased by CAROL M. BRISSETTE. At the time, she lived at **** GRAND HAVEN LANE, MCKINNEY TX *****. The cellular number that was issued -- and still is in service is ***-***-****. The email to which it was connected (but this email is no longer active) was RFBATLBK@TX.RR.COM. Your assistance with this is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.**(I am Charles Bartha, Carol's son-in-law who is helping her with this issue.)
