RE: Verizon Residential phone. I do not have FIOS (unavailable). I enter the correct user id and password, but it says I am locked out of my account for a year even though I continue to pay my monthly bills. I call Verizon and was supposed to get a "Call back" but I didn't get one. I am very tired of this. Also, my Residential ph bill almost doubled abt a year ago. I do not even get FIOS. This is not right. AND the billing says I am behind a month but I have proof with my bank that I have paid every month. It seems you do not really want Residential Landline Customers. I also have Verizon for my cell phone. I would like my landline to go back to what it was. Customer support only said I had a "SPECIAL" for YEARS -? and then DOUBLED my bill. What is going on here?
