Neither my husband nor I could call out or receive each others' calls on our Verizon cell phones. I called the *** repair & the customer service lady I & my husband talked to (Brenda) claimed the reason our phones didn't work was because we were inside a warehouse BUT when we called her we were in a Target parking lot & they ALSO did not connect there either - so her explanation of us not getting a connection due to us having been in a store was invalid PLUS I know for a fact I have called my husband from my cell phone while in that same store. But ALSO when we tried to call our Verizon cell phoneS from our home landline (which has nothing to do with Verizon) - we were told both of our phones were out of service. My cell phone * is ***-***-**** & my husband's cell is ***-***-****. We live in San Diego, CA though both our cell phones are from Santa Fe, NM. it has been several hours now that we have not been able to use our phones. Both of our phones show all bars working - so what the Verizon Repair person told us earlier about not getting a connection due to being in a warehouse is invalid. We have been home for several hours now.
