We have been lied too from Russell communications when we bought our equipment. I have talked to the district manager and not had the resolutions I expect. When we went into the store we told the manager and sales lady we had a budget of $*** a month and we needed two phones and wireless internet with a low of ** ggbts because of our sling tv. No problem she says. She started telling us all what we were getting. She never listed to our budget at all. I'm on disability and that's all we had. Bill's have never been anywhere close to our budget. I want to keep ou two phones at $** a month per phone and bring back everything else that they lied to us about. I feel with the lies we should not have to pay early dicconection fees. We would be bringing back hum which they said was free and the jetpack. They also said there was a buy one get one free on the phones which I'm not seeing on Bill's. We have been talking to the district manager for months getting no where. I think we should also get any charges on those two items over ty he months since they lied to us. If we cant resolve this I will have to take further action which I dont want to do. We love our phones.
