Since I changed my wireless service to prepaid, Verizon is still sending me statements regarding my old account (acct.**********-****). When I tried to contact them regarding opting out of the bank account*routing numbers being retained for future payments, I was told that since I was on the prepaid plan, I couldn't get any results. Since I've changed my service with Verizon and they no longer need any bank*routing information, have they deleted that data? If they haven't please have them do it. Also, why doesn't Verizon make it so hard to speak with a live person. I was just on the phone with Verizon cust. serv. rep, Gina and was cut off from their end, not mine. If Verizon can't get its act together, I'm going elsewhere for my wireless service. This is the least customer friendly company I've ever dealt with.
