My Verizon wireless number is ***-***-****. The Verizon system does not recognize my number and will not allow me to change my password. I do not know my password. I wish to upgrade my data mb and use auto pay.. And I cannot get into the system without a password. To phone customer service and get a live person is nonexistent. How in Gods name can I resolve this issue? I have spent several hours trying to do it.
