To whom it may concern, I realized approximately on Audust *, that I have been paying for an apple I phone * * twice.. Once with Apple* Citizen's Bank and a second time with Verizon. I am paying **.** through citizen's bank and **.** to verizon since October ****. Needless to say, I am quite surprised and have basically paid off the phone at this point when combining the two payments.*I contacted both Apple on august ** and Verizon on that same day and all parties were on the phone with each other for something like three and a half hours. The Apple gentlemen did return a call and give me a case number and although we sent the verizon representative the information which she requested, that is the receipts for the purchase of the phone at the apple store, ms. santay.brown@verizonwireless never got back to me. Because of that I phoned on August **nd once agian to verizon and after another three hours, Ms. Alexis also contacted Apple and said that she would return my call after the Apple representative phoned me back today.... The apple rep did phone me back today, connected me with the bank to which I pay my apple bill and as of this hour, although she promised, Alexis still has not returned my call. *I have given up on a refund from either party and so I would like a credit from Verizon for the amount paid to be used on my bill, or whatever.... I find it appalling tha I have not heard anything and that you all cannot at least make an attempt to solve this problem... I am a long time- ** years, I believe customer and I have no problem filing a complaint.
