Factory reset one Gizmo Gadget and activate another. ... We had a Gizmo Gadget on the account that was damaged so we were sent a replacement. I tried to factory reset the old watch so that I could activate the replacement Gizmo, but the replacement keeps saying "Oops something went wrong" during the activation phase. The instructions sent with the replacement Gizmo are incorrect -- instruction * on how to perform a factory reset doesn't even work with the current app since the update. In fact, there is no way to remotely factory reset that I can ascertain. All we want to do is: *) reset the old damaged watch, and *) activate the new watch sent to us. This shouldn't be this hard!
