In January, my Google Pixel was replaced due to a warranty battery issue. I have had a replacement Pixel the last * months with no issues until yesterday when my device - with no physical damage or other indicators of an issue - went into a boot loop and would not recover. Nothing, not even a factory reset, resolved this issue. **When Verizon support was contacted I was told the best they could do was overnight a replacement phone for $***. This is, quite frankly, outrageous. I should be able to expect a phone that cost over $*** and isn't even paid off yet to last more than * months without needing a replacement. Two replacements in ** months is even more absurd. And then, to add insult to injury, I was charged for the second replacement, with my only other option being pay off the phone and pay full price for an upgrade. **I cannot stress enough how disappointed this has made me in Verizon. As a loyal customer for many years, I would think that I would be considered valuable enough to wave the fee for a replacement - especially for a phone that was just replaced. Is there anything that can be done to wave this fee? **Thank you very much**Joe Alvaro
