It would be nice not to get additional text messages reminding to pay on my account after I've set up the payment as well as received a confirmation of the setup from Verizon. The sentence structure creates a tone that indicates, Hey you, pay your bill. Equally as frustrating is not being able to contact someone via e-mail rather than having to sit on the phone on hold waiting for the next available CSR. My time is just as valuable to me as their time is to them. I work in customer service* I am a CSR and I love being able to help our customers. So I just don't like that "written" attitude. Very disappointing.

Help with my Verizon Wireless issue
The issue in GetHuman985072's own words
I want to know why I received such a terse e-mail! ... what the heck, anyway? Why am I getting a terse e-mail from Verizon: Your account balance is $***.** as of **********. Please make a payment by the due date to avoid a late fee. ????**I scheduled my payment to be made on the **th just like I do every month and I received a thank-you via text for setting it up. **Look at my account. In all the years I've been with Verizon, how many times have I paid late?
I had already set up my payment for the due date.
If my payment is already set up and acknowledged*confirmed, only send me an e-mail if you should for any reason not receive the payment.
A long time - years.
