I have talked to many people in the past week. At least * representatives have spoken to me. The ONE I thought would help was the department that can take credit card information. On ******* I ordered the BOGO phones Pixel *s. I used the same credit card I used prior to that day and since that day. They said it was declined???? On *******, I spoke to the department mentioned above and they took the $***.** payment from another credit card. It was in two payments $**.** and $**. One phone arrived on ****. I went back on my account and saw that the *nd phone was no where to be found. I "chatted" with a representative, indicated the $** payment had cleared and they told me I needed the transaction information. I got it, chatted again and they told me I had to go to a physical store with the bank information to get it credited to my account. I am ** years old and not able to do all that. I want the $** payment credited to my account and my phone sent to me. I am sure that this will also be a nightmare when I get billed. I'm telling you every time I try to do anything at Verizon, this has been the result....total INCOMPETENCE. Thank you.
