I have a legacy prepay account that verizon has allowed me to keep* they have not offered that plan to new users for a number of years. The plan has a $*.** access fee for each day the phone is actually used, and then a charge of $*.** per minute for voice calls and $*.** per text message* no charge for call with another verizon mobile. There is about $*** of unused prepaid funds that don't expire until June ****. However, verizon is giving up its CDMA network in the near future, and my phone only has CDMA technology and no *G LTE and HD Voice (Volte) capabilities. Of course, I'll need to to get a new phone before verizon drops CDMA.***. Will I be allowed the option to keep my current plan if I choose to do so?**. Will I be forced into a new and different prepay plan, and if so, will I lose any unused prepaid balance or be given credit for it?**. Will verizon sell me a new phone without changing plans?**Help would be appreciated.
