The issue in GetHuman-mailashu's own words
Dear Sir*Madam,**on **th feb ****, I ordered a prepaid connection via verizon website. I ordered the $***mo plan and the money has already been deducted from my credit card. My order no detail are: order number-********Location code-E*****. On **th after after ordering online, I called your sales support for the order confirmation and I was routed to Prepaid customer care. The prepaid customer care told me to go the nearest corporate store to pick up the new sim so that my existing number could be ported and my line line could be activated. On reaching the store, the store person told me that they won't be able to give me a new sim and I was wrongly conveyed by prepaid CC. In the meantime , the prepaid CC specialist was courteous enough to call me while I was in the store . The entire story was narrated to the prepaid CC specialist and he connected me to the online sales department . After discussion with the onlines sales support person, I was told that verizon will be mailing me a new Sim on my address and I will receive the sim no later that ********** but unfortunately i didn't receive any sim in my email as of today i.e. **********. Today evening I tried calling prepaid CC but couldn't reach the support specialist as I am not a registered verizon customer. I again called sales CC number on your website and narrated the CC specialist the entire story and requested me to help me. The CC person told me that they handle postpaid accounts and not prepaid ones. Thus she refused to help me and told me call prepaid customer care. **I don't understand such a big company doesn't have customer for people to track their orders. I would be obliged if you could please cancel my order and refund my money back. I am now not interested in taking a line from verizon. Also I opted for auto pay while I was ordering, please ensure that no future money is deducted from my credit card.**Hoping to get a prompt response**Regards*Anshuman Bassi***** Army Navy Drive*apt-***.
