The plan bundle that I bought last month was a $** plan with unlimited talk*text and *GB high speed data. I got *GB last month and this month when I paid on the **th, I only got *GB high speed data. I talked to a customer service rep that said he would get *GB added to my account for the hassle but they were doing some updates to their system and couldn’t add them at that moment. I am out of data already and just wanted the *GB that I didn’t get this month back. They said I should receive a phone call from someone about the issue and I haven’t received one yet. Would like to get the problem fixed as I need data to do what I would like to do.
GetHuman-tarabara did not yet indicate what Verizon Wireless Prepay should do to make this right.
