My account was placed on a cash only restriction back in October of **** that I wasn’t aware of. I’m assuming it was due to an automatic payment that didn’t clear the account. To bring context as to why, just two months earlier my account split off from an account I shared with my now ex-wife. Fast forward to the payment that didn’t clear, it was due to me loosing access to that account in the divorce to cover the payment. I am now current and have not missed any payments or arrangements since. I’m asking that the restrictions be lifted before the expiration date of April **, ****. My current handset needs to be upgraded immediately.
