trying to make calls and use my fax for the last two months. Could not use at all ... Twice in the last two months you have attempted to fix the loud buzz in my dial tone. Still after two months I have not been able to use my phone but I continue paying for it.*PLEASE HELP ME BE ABLE TO USE MY PHONE.
Each time they "fix it" they never stop at my home to determine if the problem is fixed. They always go "down the road" to some unknown area to fix the problem and then just go away.
I would like to be able to use the phone I pay for each month in a timely manner.
I have been a good customer for ** years. that should be good enough.
