Make a payment ... I just checked the balance on my acc after a card I received as a gift was declined when I was making a payment however I had only used $** out of the $*** balance that I had and once I checked there has been a second transaction for $**.** and was marked as some sort of tutor fee, I have no knowledge of this transaction nor did I allow it, I asked family members if they had done this but they haven’t either so I’m trying to get my money back for this fraudulent charge
I was saving this money for a special occasion
I want a refund for The $**.** which I have not used
I have an issue with Vanilla Visa Card too
