Opened account on ** Jan using funds transferred from rollover IRA. Got confirmation and was able to get into account. Can see that transfer of funds was completed and received prospectus for Vanguard money market fund. Have tried logging into account and go around in circles getting message that account is on hold, even when I try the "forgot username or password option".**In short, I WANT TO GET INTO MY ACCOUNT!**Also, I've been on hold to with *-***-***-**** for ** minutes! With no Muzak, I can't even tell if I'm actually connected, so I'm giving up.**This is not a great impression of how things are supposed to work for a first time user.
