I was going to purchase R* credits for Rainbow Six: Siege and when I first added funds, an error message popped up after "adding funds" and when I double checked that I had money in my steam account, there was nothing. So I tried doing the purchase again because I thought the transaction failed or my card info was placed wrong, but instead what I found out is that it charged me twice for exactly $**.** and after I made my purchase, $**.** is still in my steam account. My steam account is *udig*leatherydig with the profile name Tom Nook in Smash. My card was a debit card for Chase Visa and the last four digits were **** as per the card info. I just want the $**.** that is in my steam account right now to go back into my card.
GetHuman-alehanjr did not yet indicate what Valve Software should do to make this right.
