Can I refund a game on Steam?

Asked 6 months ago
Yes, you can refund a game on Steam. Valve offers a refund policy that allows you to request a refund for any game purchased on the Steam platform within a specific timeframe. To be eligible for a refund, the game must have been purchased within the last 14 days and played for less than 2 hours. Refund requests can be made easily through the Steam website or client. Once your request is approved, the purchase will be refunded to your original payment method. However, there are some exceptions, such as refunds for DLCs, in-game purchases, or third-party games. Additionally, if there is evidence of abuse or a large number of refunds requested, Valve reserves the right to deny refund requests.
