I've ended up having my game progress wiped by the developer, who refuses to state why.**I've spent money through their site to add to my game, and bought the game through Steam prior to this.**They won't explain to me the problem, just saying that I breached the ToS and the EULA as a generic response. I'm sure they are wrong, and they won't allow me to appeal the situation.**My *.* years of playing are all down the drain now due to their actions, and I really don't think this is fair at all.**I want to know what my next course of action is, as they've simply deleted everything that I had, with no checks or options. This is a guilty till proven innocent, yet no option to prove innocence.... I find this disheartening as I have never done anything other than play the game as it should be played.**I want to have someone who can help guide me on my best recourse, as the actions of this company, are simply terrible, and needs to be looked at legally, or at least with an independent view, rather than their money-hog, cash grabbing attitude of 'we're right, you're wrong' without even looking into the situation.**Honestly, I'd almost want to refund the game and get my money back via the credit card company for the subsequent purchase. Their actions, are simply like a dictatorship in this sense.**Please, help me.
