Hi I was told I wasn't eligible for a refund because it looks like I played over * hours of the game expansion. While this looks to be the case, I have had no way of making use of the product key (I can't access the purchased product via Steam). I have not been able to register the CD product key to my Square Enix account. When I try it says it's invalid. I've asked SE for support and was told I couldn't use the game via Steam platform because my account is registered for windows and was told to contact Steam support for a refund since I haven't played the game or registered the product code yet. **I have repurchased the expansion for windows via SE portal and have played THAT and because of that I'm told I can't be refunded for the Steam product I cant even use.
