Hello, I reserved a VRBO property ******** (reservation ID *HA-QRWGT* on October **.*I noticed now, after viewing my Visa statement and your Payment Reciept page I printed out, that 'Payment * due on October **, **** for $***.** was "Paid", which is correct. *However, Payment * due on January **, **** for $*,***.** also shows "Paid", though I expected this amount to be taken on January **, as the internet (and your reciept) suggested.*Why have I been charged on October ** for the $*,***.**, when it was only due on January **, **** -- NEARLY * MONTHS BEFORE IT WAS DUE as shown in your own receipt which, I now notice, also shows it as "Paid"! *My friends who've used your service highly recommended using VRBO, and I was very happy to do so. However, after seeing how the payment has transpired leaves me questioning what occurred here. *I would appreciate an explanation. Thank you for your attention.*Jerry Spinak
