I have an URGENT case number pending - *** *** ** -regarding the theft*error of my banking details listed for payment with VRBO. My very FIRST payout will be Tuesday July **th, and I have not heard back from the FINANCIAL dept of VRBO regarding this matter of hacking*theft, despite two lengthy phone calls and the above case number. I am begging that they contact me today. The bank acct. information listed for payment on VRBO is FALSE, it is not my bank account, and I did not list it, nor do I know who did. Please help me correct my banking details before payout! Thank you for your help.**In the end, VRBO Billing Dept. NEVER contacted me despite daily phone calls for ** days. Over * hrs spent on the phone with time differences from France to TX, and they still made the payment to the wrong account. It did bounce back, by a miracle, which triggered the possibility of putting in my correct banking details. Supposedly I am good to go now. I am currently awaiting payment, which will be several weeks late at best. Very shocked by the lack of professionalism by this company.
