In December, I booked VRBO *******. I found the listing on the VRBO website and clicked "book now" Somehow I was transferred to a management company and completed the booking. There was no notification that I was not booking through VRBO. Now I need to cancel, and the mgmt co. has a more stringent cancellation policy. Why is there no notification that when you click on "book now" on the VRBO website that you're not booking through VRBO?
