Oct **, **** UA*** had baggage checked in. I requested a receipt *****, tried to verify request processing ***** and was told that the ** hr processing time was actually a working week. That time has passed and I am still waiting for a receipt for my $** baggage fee. This is required by the University, and is needed ASAP. I honestly dont remember getting any kind of claim paper or receipt, but by that time we had been shuffled to * different places, and * different people before finally getting someone to process it at a closed kiosk (or something like that). PLEASE it is imperative I get this by Friday!
