We flew out of Orlando and are trying to make it to Venice, Italy as we have our honeymoon cruise that leaves on October **. Our flight was delayed by * hours from Orlando to Newark which caused us to miss our connecting flight. We ran through the airport and barely made it to the gate of our rebooked flight to Frankfurt. We are sitting in Frankfurt right now waiting to leave on a flight to Venice and we have no idea where our checked bag is. Customer service couldn’t tell us, the app and online tracking is not telling us. We have to have that suitcase before we get on our cruise. They told us we would just have to wait til we land in Venice to find out if the bag made it or not.
GetHuman-culinard did not yet indicate what United Airlines should do to make this right.
