IHello,*I am writing to you to see if you can grant a credit for four flights that we purchased for the return to Veracruz on the **th of October. As my husband runs a tent-making business and a set of unfortunate events required his immediate return and thus our( my self, his wife and our two daughters) vacation time was cut short. I am aware that we purchased non-refundable tickets. However, as I understand United airlines policy allows for credit due to a schedule change at work. Please advise if this may be applied to our tickets. *Here are the set of codes for the * tickets purchased.*ON*BN**GRW*DJ*We enjoy United Airlines and prefer your airline thank you for the excellent service so far.**Also, thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.
