First to start off with I had a horrible experience with the flight all together. I arrive and get on the plane and ask for a blanket and was told that there were no blankets on the plane eventhough first class had them. Second of all I get off and ask where the gate is for my second flight and was told they arent sure and couldnt help me! Then amy departing flight to come back home was another experience. I had arrived at the airport and wanted to change my flight time to something that was available Marissa the girl who had helped me out told me that there would not be a charge since there were economy seats availible! So i get on the plane and come home and check my account and i got charged for the two seats for the flights and there was a charge of $** as well! Will never take united again just because of this experience and to think i almost took out a credit line with this airline!
