Good day, using mail service because by phone I have not been able to get help and assistance.*yesterday july *th I made a change in A*CTCO by webpage in brazil, it was successful and credit card charged, but it happened that the ticket was not issued, asking to contact United by phone, but here in brazil, it doesn't work on sundays*so I asked my wife, the traveller, to reach United by phone in the USA, there they said that in the system the payment was not completed, which was, because I had phone to amex platinum to check it and they confirmed*so United could not help my wife by phone and she went to Denver airport in person, and there they said that if she wanted the ticket to be issued she had to pay for it, and she did*so the situation is that the ticket was charged twice*I phoned today to United in brazil and not even no one knew what to do to help but I was mistreated as well*So I claiming for the due refund and help to navigate through a system that should be international, but behaves as local
They charged me in brazil for the alteration, the ticket was not issued, the traveller had to go in person to the airport and was charged again, and united now is giving me a hard time for the due refund
