The gentleman checking in my family bags this morning gave me * boarding passes and didn’t give me one for my infant. When I got to the security gate, they told me I needed one. So I left my kids and ran downstairs to get a boarding pass, so when I went back to get one, they told me I didn’t need one but to go talk to someone else and see if they could help me. With all this back and forth my family and I missed the *:** am flight to Orlando and a whole day of fun. The customer service were able to get me on the *:** PM flight... by this point it should be fine because someone “helped me”...but regardless of getting another flight.*I want to file a claim because of the incompetence of the employers of your company and also because of a miscommunication between departments. I had to run back and forth for a boarding pass, then run with a * month old baby in hands to get to the boarding gate to find it close. My kids came home crying and we had to call a cab to go back home and later today get another car service to get back to a later flight. So much for a family vacation. I’m very frustrated and disappointed. Please have better service for larger families, specially ones flying with infants, what happened today should be avoided at all costs.******@***.com*Milene Melo**** *** ****
