Dear Customer Relations,*I am currently at the Orlando Airport where the agent at the United Club would not allow my grandchildren ages * and ** in as part of my family. My family * persons were traveling together. We had * additional passes. *My grandchildren have always been allowed in as minors every where we have traveled with them.*The United Club agent Howard Peterson was both rude and nasty. We spoke with Jackie at United Club Customer Service who said they should have been allowed in as minors especially since we were all traveling *st class. She said you are trying to improve your image and this was not the way to help change your image. We gave this information to Howard Peterson who basically said he did not care. I have been a ***,*** flyer for years before surgeries that prevented me from traveling. Our family always flys *st class and I expect better treatment from United. *Your employee Howard Peterson is one of the reasons your image is becoming less than desirable. *My son and his family also had a very bad experience on their *st class flight from LAS to MCO. The window shade was missing, the entertainment system was not working and my Granddaughter’s luggage was taken off the plane at Chicago rather than their final destination of MCO. **The last name is Gusick their flight was on ** June-* passengers. *Michael Gusick UA PR*******Heather Gusick UA PR*******Ella Gusick UXU ******Cate Gusick GNU*******I am also an AMEX travel agent and am finding it hard to recommend UA *due to multiple issues.
