I flew United on June **th my bag was left at SFO after being scanned late for my flight. Then when I got to Medford Oregon they found my luggage at SFO And that I would be able to have it delivered to my Home * hours away the next day. That was on Wednesday the **th this is now the evening of Friday The **th and I have talked to United representatives for * days and been promised that my bag would be delivered each day. And I am now after having made at least * phone calls to get my luggage delivered still I have not seen my suitcase which is * hours away at the airport in Medford. I have been inconvenienced and I can not believe the and professionalism with how this was handled. I want my luggage I work full time I do not have time to drive * hours to pick up my bag. And I would appreciate it if United would do exactly what they have told me for the * and a *** days now that they would do and that is to bring me my luggage. I have tried very hard to be patient and understanding knowing that this can happen but at this point when someone tells me that they will do something and it is a business such as United I expect them to do so. So a reply from you and the a resolution to my problem as soon as tomorrow which would be June **th would be very much appreciated and I would not want another empty promise from a representative of United. My name is Glenda lane my original departure was from Dallas Fort Worth my destination was Medford Oregon please find and deliver my bag and acknowledge at least as well that you have received this complaint in email.
