My mother was in Hospice, and passed away right before a scheduled trip to Williamsburg. I had to cancel that trip for that reason, and am now booking another trip to Orlando for November of **** for myself, husband, daughter, and son in law. I am asking for a refund of the $***.** change fee for the four of us. I have documentation of my mother in Hospice. Thank you, Elaine Hensley.
