Reference: NRT*****M*On a recent flight on United Airlines, my baggage was dela*** for * days. Representative said that I could submit a claim for dela*** baggage expenses. I did so. I received notice that my claim was reviewed, and closed, but no information was provided about settling dela*** baggage expenses. I need to know the result of my claim, and how United will be settling dela*** baggage expenses.*Reference: NRT*****M
