I would like to share my disappointment with the recent Ubisoft product I purchased. Due to the poor quality of the product and unsatisfactory technical support, I have decided not to support the company in the future. Rushing an unfinished and faulty product to the market was a mistake. I urge Ubisoft to address the issues promptly, especially with Ghost Recon Breakpoint. The main issue I am facing is being unexpectedly disconnected from the game and receiving false offline notifications. The tech support team's suggestion to adjust the ports is concerning due to a past experience where following similar instructions caused significant computer issues, requiring a costly fix. Unless I see a significant improvement after the next patch, I will likely discontinue playing the game and refrain from purchasing any more products from Ubisoft. I completed Assassin's Creed Odyssey on Xbox One and defeated all 4 mythical creatures for the main story. However, after defeating the Cyclops, I did not receive the legendary weapon that should come with defeating him. I did get the quest item but never obtained the weapon itself. The location is now sealed with no way to re-enter. While I'm not too concerned about the weapon, I do need the engraving for a build I'm working on. If you could assist me with this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

After winning a Rainbow 6 newcomer match, the post-match Alpha Pack roll showed that I earned an Alpha Pack. However, the game crashed when I tried to exit after this. Upon reopening the game, I noticed that the Alpha Pack was gone, and my roll percentage had dropped back to 2%. This is frustrating because I had successfully rolled for this Alpha Pack with a 38% chance, after playing for a considerable amount of time without receiving one.

I am encountering an issue with Rainbow Six Siege displaying "Installation still in progress." Four days ago, I uninstalled the game to make space for another title, which I later removed. Upon reinstalling Rainbow Six Siege, I am unable to play online despite the update being complete. I can only access the situation mode. I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall the game seven times, as well as using the "rebuild database" option, but the problem persists. I invested $60 in this game when it was released, and I am disappointed to encounter this problem now. I hope to resolve this before the new season for Rainbow Six Siege launches. I completed 3 Orichalcum quests yesterday but only received 10 Orichalcum instead of the expected 30. I was supposed to get 20 more from the additional quests but they never showed up. I tried searching on Andros again, but still no luck. Now I'm left with only 10 Orichalcum, and the market in Phokis closes in 5 days. I prefer playing the game to earn rewards rather than buying them in the store. What should my next steps be?

I understand this may be a common issue, but my team and I were playing ranked matches. As the host, we won a game on Kafe (4:1); however, the game was erroneously counted towards my American server games instead of EU games. It's perplexing as all my friends and I play on the EU server. I kindly request assistance to rectify this error and transfer the game to my EU placements. Thank you, Kyle.

I was in the process of matchmaking for a ranked game when the game started abruptly and then stopped the matchmaking. It prevented me from joining the game. I attempted to resolve the issue by restarting my Xbox, the game, and switching profiles several times. However, I kept receiving an error message. Subsequently, I received an abandon sanction and lost the game due to reasons beyond my control. I am not seeking a victory; I am simply requesting to have the sanction lifted by restoring the lost MMR and removing the loss, given the circumstances. Thank you.

I'm curious about the issues with Ghost Recon Breakpoint. Despite not wanting to play online against others, I keep encountering error messages. I've tried resetting and restarting the game, but the problem, specifically error ARGYLL-[redacted], persists. Unlike in Ghost Recon Wildlands, where playing offline was an option without any error messages, this seems different. Please share this concern with the relevant team to address this issue. During a ranked game with two friends, we were matched with players J0k33r724 and T41NTBLASTER32. Unfortunately, they chose to sabotage the game by team killing one of us and not playing seriously. They deliberately picked crucial operators, like Kaid, Mute, Hibana, and Thermite, only to waste their gadgets or get themselves killed intentionally. On defense, they would often hide in distant rooms or run outside to meet their demise. This behavior severely impacted our gameplay experience.

I am looking to play competitively in Rainbow Six Siege, but need to confirm my account. Unfortunately, I mistakenly changed the email on one of my accounts, causing difficulty in accessing it to confirm my desire to play competitively on my PC. Now, due to trying to login too many times with the wrong password, I am unable to access my account. Please assist me in connecting the two accounts to resolve this issue.

Hello, the game keeps crashing randomly, usually during fast travel or cut scenes. This issue has been happening since I first started playing the game. I have a high-end new PC that can handle the game on all settings. I have tried updating all drivers and software on my PC, adjusting the game graphics, and reinstalling the game on different hard drives, but I still encounter this problem. Hello, I go by the username Boxxer5.56 in Rainbow Six Siege. Lately, I've been experiencing issues with loading into matches after selecting my desired character. Despite spending $22 or $21, I haven't been able to fully enjoy playing with the Year 2 characters I purchased. Additionally, I've been unable to access ranked matches even though I've been notified multiple times that it's unlocked. Today, when I attempted to play on my day off, I encountered a problem on Uplay where it wouldn't authenticate the ownership of the game, prompting me to contact customer support. Although the game was purchased through my girlfriend's Steam account, all other game-related accounts are linked to my email. I've been playing for about a week or two and would appreciate a resolution to these issues promptly.

Hello, my name is Hatlem. I purchased Rainbowsix Siege a month ago from Steam. Occasionally, I had to sign in again, but yesterday I accidentally used the wrong email. After logging in, as I own the deluxe edition, a screen appeared listing the characters that would be added to this account. When I click okay, I receive an error stating it's a game start problem and it can't locate my account since it's not my original one. I'm unable to change my account from this screen and haven't linked it to my Steam account. I hope there's still a chance for me to access my game. I even attempted to uninstall and reinstall the game, but the issue persists.

I am requesting a ban for the user NIGHTFURRY in Growtopia. NIGHTFURRY deceived me with a fake YouTube video and proceeded to scam me by freezing me with a snowball, causing me to lose my belongings and unable to ban him promptly. My intention was to host a generous giveaway for less experienced players by offering them free world locks to enhance their gameplay, but NIGHTFURRY's actions have disrupted my plans. I also lost my valuable world where I intended to create xenonite due to him taking half of my haunted chemicals ([redacted]) on two occasions, promising to return them if I gave him my good world, which he failed to do. Despite my attempts to warn him about involving a moderator to ban him, NIGHTFURRY remained indifferent, prompting me to lodge this report in the hopes that he will be banned and my stolen items restored. The items I lost include a blue dragon, winter hood, winter robe, diamond wing, ice calf, growboard, 36 world locks, [redacted] haunted chemicals, and other miscellaneous items. I trust that my appeal regarding NIGHTFURRY, the scammer, is reviewed promptly and the necessary measures are taken to address the situation. I have always abided by the rules, maintained fairness in my interactions, and never engaged in fraudulent activities within the game. I hold onto the hope that NIGHTFURRY is banned, and my items are returned, making it the best Christmas gift for me.

In a 4 stack during an Xbox Live play session, a player left to make room for others, causing the group to queue for a ranked match. Unfortunately, the host of the 5 stack kept exiting the game, leading to everyone restarting their games. Upon returning, there was a prompt to reconnect to a ranked match, even though no match had been left. Despite attempting to requeue with the 5 stack, a 30-minute ban and a -50% renown penalty were received, dropping the player to Gold 3 from Gold 2. MMR decreased from approximately [redacted] to [redacted] due to the penalties. Requesting assistance to restore the lost MMR. Gamertag on Xbox One: Mb Teeeks. Ubisoft username: Mbteeks.

I shot my friend Grizzly in the head, and he's calling me trash. I'm not trash; I clearly shot him in the head, and he didn't take any damage. I heard the sound of the shot hitting him, but he was hiding next to the trash can in the house map. Although he was lying down between the plants, I shot him in the head, but he didn't get hurt at all.

I am experiencing some issues with Ghost Recon Breakpoint. While playing raids and following the game's requirements, I have not been receiving the rewards. I have completed act 2 battle pass, including unlocking Walker, but none of the items are showing up in my inventory. This is frustrating because I enjoy the game but not getting the rewards for my efforts is discouraging me from playing. I am experiencing significant issues with the servers in Australia. Despite having a strong and steady wifi connection with speeds of 95 mbps down and 45 mbps up, I have been disconnected three times within the last hour while trying to play Dominion. The frequent disconnections are causing frustration as it takes me 5-10 minutes to find a game only to be disconnected once it starts. I would appreciate it if the servers could be improved to make the game more globally accessible, rather than just regionally. Specifically, enhancing the servers in Australia and New Zealand would greatly improve the gaming experience. Thank you.

I need assistance with a situation regarding my account on r6 siege. Initially, I received an email stating I was banned for cheating, but later it was clarified that the ban was due to toxicity. Despite opening a support ticket, Ubisoft has not provided any evidence of my alleged misconduct. I do not recall violating any rules, and when I mentioned the lack of evidence, they swiftly sent another email accusing me of breaching their code of conduct. I am uncertain of my next steps, especially since I have invested a significant amount of time and money into the game with over 1.1k hours of gameplay. The responses from Ubisoft support have been unhelpful, reiterating that the ban is permanent without substantiating their claims with proof.

I have a significant request that many players are interested in regarding the addition of an FOV update for Far Cry 5 on consoles. The lack of this feature is bothering numerous players, including myself, and having it would greatly enhance the game's enjoyment. I believe it would improve the overall gaming experience. Even if it requires a fee, we would be willing to pay for this update. All we are requesting is for the developers to consider adding an FOV update for Far Cry 5 on consoles.
