Our company ordered (*) of the EdgeSwitch ** F models in late March from the online US store. Unfortunately, one of the switches was to be put into use today and an A** *hardware error is coming up. We would like to exchange the faulty Switch for a new one. The order number for this order was *U******* and they were delivered to: Security Systems Integration at **** Concorde PKWY Suite *** Chantilly VA *****.
