I am having issues setting up a UniFi NVR and * cameras. I reset the NVR to factory settings, and also reset the cameras. I set up the NVR and cameras a few months ago and had to reset things because I forgot the passwords. When I first set it up, I didn’t link my Ubiquiti account to the NVR and we couldn’t access the cameras remotely. Now I want to redo the setup but I’m having two major issues. *. One of the cameras doesn’t show up on the NVR’s detected devices but the camera DOES show up on the device discovery tool. *. The * cameras that are showing up on the NVR’s detected devices are not connecting. In the “manage” tab, when I type ubnt*ubnt and hit MANAGE, the camera’s status says: Disconnected and underneath that it says Firmware Not Supported. I even manually updated the camera from *.*.* to *.*.*(the most recent update I could find) and it still won’t work.
GetHuman1972334 did not yet indicate what Ubiquiti Networks should do to make this right.
