I recently had a concerning experience with KFC in Easley, South Carolina. After receiving an incomplete and poorly prepared order, the manager, Lexi, stated it was Uber Eats' fault. This explanation left me feeling highly dissatisfied and confused. How is it possible that my order was incorrect and the food poorly made due to the Uber Eats driver? The sealed KFC bag raises questions about the handling of my food. I believe there may need to be training for staff at KFC or Uber Eats drivers to ensure orders are prepared correctly. I reside at 5 Denali Circle in Elgin, SC [redacted]. I do not use Uber Eats services. Since our neighborhood is new, my house is the only one registered, causing my neighbors’ food orders to be misdirected here. This situation has become problematic, especially for my young children who get disturbed by late deliveries or during their nap times. I kindly request to have my address blocked for deliveries through your system.

As a new customer, I reached out to Nitin about an issue I encountered while using the app to order from I-Hop. I tried applying two promo codes, "WELCOME25" and "YUM," totaling a $25 discount. However, when proceeding to check out, the system claimed my account isn't new and refused the promo codes. Re-entering the codes proved futile as it stated they were already used. This whole experience is incredibly frustrating, especially since I needed to feed my hungry children being in a new home without groceries. The app's malfunction left us stranded without food and caused unnecessary stress.

I've noticed unauthorized transactions on my credit card from UBER CANADA EATING PLACES AND RESTAURANTS. I don't have an Uber account or app. My bank suggested contacting UBER, but without an account, it's challenging to reach them. I've spent hours trying to resolve this without success. This experience makes me hesitant to engage with Uber. I request someone from Uber to contact me regarding this matter. It's frustrating that Uber doesn't provide a phone number for direct contact.

I've been experiencing account problems since this morning. An Uber representative contacted me regarding a delivery I had to cancel because of a customer's fraudulent payment. Since then, I've had difficulties. Today, I used instant pay and later checked my bank account to confirm the payment. Unfortunately, the payment was missing. Upon reviewing my account and payment methods, I discovered an unregistered card linked to my account. I have been attempting to reach Uber for assistance since then.

I would like to lodge a complaint about your service regarding an Uber driver. On December 11th, at 5:59 PM, I placed an order at KFC with order number #EE3ED. The delivery was supposed to arrive by 6:30 PM or at the latest, 6:40 PM. By 6:40 PM, the order showed as delivered without any tracking information. However, no one had received the order, and upon checking, nothing was found. I tried to contact customer service but got no response. When I visited the restaurant, they informed me that they had instructed the driver to cancel the order as they didn't have the food, but it seems the driver did not cancel to receive payment. Now, I have been informed I won't receive a refund, and I am expected to pay £22.78 for an undelivered order! I am extremely displeased with how this matter has been handled and demand a refund. I hope you will reconsider and refund me; otherwise, I will escalate this matter further.

I have tried multiple times to seek assistance from this app, but the support provided has been unhelpful. Last night, I ordered food from McDonald's. Despite the app indicating that the driver was close, nobody arrived. After calling them and realizing they were at the wrong address, I tried to correct them via text to no avail. The driver marked my order as delivered with a photo of the wrong door. I reached out numerous times but received no refund due to the driver claiming I was unreachable. This lack of accountability is unacceptable, and I expect a resolution. The service provided was unprofessional and incompetent, and I will avoid using this app in the future if this matter is not resolved appropriately.

Hello, Yesterday, I tried to order a meal using my Uber Eats app. Unfortunately, I encountered some issues with the app. Despite managing to place an order, I realized after confirmation that the total was incorrect, and my voucher wasn't applied. Quickly, I decided to cancel the order and placed a new one. Yet, I was charged $89 on my credit card. The cancellation occurred within moments of ordering. It's disheartening as this was my initial encounter with Uber Eats. Originally, the total should have been $40, and the failure to credit and charge post-cancellation without warning is disappointing. I kindly request a full refund of $89 to my credit card.

Hello, I placed an order (Order No. [redacted]) at 10:40 PM on 12/12/21 from German Doner Kebab. I was under the impression it would be delivered, but it turns out I needed to pick it up. Unfortunately, I was at work and couldn't collect my order. When I asked for it to be delivered, I was informed that there were no drivers available. I have never had an Uber Eats account and have been charged twice by Uber Eats, once in November for $48.15 and again last night for $30.67. Despite not having the app, I am unable to receive help from Uber Eats. I refuse to download the app just to seek assistance due to not wanting it on my device. I require an explanation for these unauthorized charges and am seeking a refund. Attempts to contact Uber Eats for support have been unsuccessful as their phone line is not offering assistance at this time. It is crucial for me to understand who is placing these orders and why I am being charged without consent.

I did not receive my complete order from Dunkin Donuts. Missing items include coffee rolls and 1/2 dozen donuts from Order #09A9D. Despite calling Dunkin Donuts and reaching out to several phone numbers provided, I have not had success resolving the issue. I am eager for prompt resolution and request a $4.00 credit. I was informed that the driver did not have the complete order, and I am not willing to pay $35.00 for only 2 breakfast sandwiches. I am seeking a refund for all items except the sandwiches, including delivery and any additional fees. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will contact my bank tomorrow to stop payment on the order.

Hello, I recently received a delivery from McDonald's through your service. Unfortunately, the entire order arrived cold, which was very disappointing given that I spent over £20. I find it unacceptable that I had to reheat burgers and fries in the microwave, especially considering the McDonald's is just a 5-minute drive away. I have lodged a complaint, but Uber seems to believe this is satisfactory. We have been loyal customers and have spent a significant amount with your service throughout the year. I tried to gift a $50 UBER Eats voucher to a teacher battling cancer. While trying to remove a $5 tip and start over, I accidentally clicked "CANCEL" and couldn't delete the tip. Despite calling numerous times, no one has answered my calls. My phone number is [redacted]. I haven't seen any refunds and find it unfair as my gift was still in progress. After contacting Mastercard, they advised me to wait before disputing the charge. It would be much appreciated if I could receive a refund easily. Thank you, Zelda H.

I placed an order #F7AAC at KFC yesterday. I received a refund of £32.99, but it was deposited into a card ending in [redacted], not mine (mine ends in [redacted]). The delivery address was inputted as 42 instead of 44. Additionally, £10.57 was deducted from my bank account when updating my card details. As a result, I currently have no funds left in my account due to the mishandled refund and the additional charge.

I am disputing an unauthorized charge of $53.92 on my Uber Eats account. I have already contacted Uber Eats, but the issue remains unresolved. I rely on Uber's transportation service daily without any problems. However, this unauthorized charge on Uber Eats has not benefited me, and I am adamant about getting a refund promptly. I will continue to use Uber for transportation but need this matter resolved immediately.

I need to update my phone number on my Uber Eats account, but I don't remember which number I originally registered with. I can't recall any other account details like debit card or bank info Uber asks for in customer support tickets. Without this info, I can't reach out to them for help. The only information I have is my email and password for the account. I thought this would be enough, but I still can't log in for some reason. I just want to regain access to my Uber Eats account linked to the email [redacted]

I recently ordered from [redacted] Shawarma and requested a large Shawarma Supreme, but was given a small one instead. On the UberEats app, I saw the large size priced at $8.61 but received the incorrect item. This caused inconvenience as I had family over, anticipating the larger portion. Upon contacting the store, they were unhelpful and refused to resolve the issue. I am requesting a refund for this order due to the error.

Since I started the free delivery trial, I have placed 7-8 orders, and every single one has arrived cold. I have observed that your drivers do not use insulated bags to keep the food warm during deliveries. I have never received cold food from Swiss Chalet or any pizza place when ordering directly from them. I strongly feel that a policy change is necessary. If my next orders are also cold, I will have to discontinue using Uber Eats.

After a long day at work without eating, I ordered food through Uber Eats, only to find out they had no available drivers. I reached out to support through chat, but they couldn't give me any updates. They advised me to wait for my order and then contact them again for compensation. I believe it was unfair to let me place an order without any delivery option available. I am frustrated with this experience and request a refund.

I ordered from Uber Eats a German Doner Kebab in the Liverpool area on December 12, [redacted]. Unfortunately, my order arrived last night and the food was cold. The chips were freezing and there were only a few in the box. Also, my nacho cheese dips, garlic dips, and drink were missing from the order.
