The issue in GetHuman-tmtegroe's own words
I checked my debit card expenses and saw on February *rd there was an Uber Eats expense of $**.** in California, a state I have never been to, and another of $*.**. On February *th, there was an Uber Eats expense of $**.**. And pending, there are two expenses - one is $**.** and the other is $**.**. I have cancelled my card, but Chase bank will not refinance me, instead telling me I should contact Uber Eats directly. I would prefer direct payment, but I have an Uber account and even a credit of $**.* would be better than nothing. Thanks.
